Dan Arcand is a retired United States Marine who has spent his life in service — to his country, and to the community he calls home. That same commitment to service now drives his campaign for the White Bear Lake School Board.

Dan's family has deep roots in the White Bear Lake/Hugo area stretching back to the 1800s. He isn't just a candidate passing through — he is part of the fabric of the community, and he understands what makes this place special.

Today, in addition to running a local small business, Dan has a son currently attending White Bear Lake schools. He knows firsthand what families in this district need, and he is running to make sure every child has the opportunity to thrive.
